On 17 Aug 07 John J. Kleinert, age 43, 727 Center Street, Beverly, reported he left his 1998 Chevy truck at Route 60 Mini-Storage in Beverly on 12 Aug and when he returned five days later the truck’s tailgate was missing. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 17 Aug 07 Kenneth S. Duvall, age 47, 65 Glencroft Place, Centerville, OH, reported an unknown suspect(s) broke into his home sometime since he last visited the residence at 1375 Archers Fork, New Matamoras on 5 Aug. Mr. Duvall stated it appeared the suspect(s) used an axe to break in through the front door and stole only a tackle box even though there were other valuables in the home. This case remains under investigation (1001).

On 17 Aug 07 an off duty Beverly Police Department reported to Deputy Sheriff Eddy that he observed a male who appeared to be under twenty-one walking around the Waterford Fair with an open container of beer. Deputy Eddy found Jericho L. Pugh, age 18, 1490 Pugh Road, Stockport, and observed him staggering and holding a can of beer. While Mr. Pugh was handcuffed, Deputy Eddy discovered a bag of marijuana in Pugh’s pocket. Seeing the marijuana, Pugh ran off but was captured after a short pursuit and brief struggle. Charged with escape, underage consumption of alcohol, possession of drugs, disorderly conduct by intoxication and possessing an open container of alcohol, Pugh was transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 17 Aug 07 Daniel P. Williams, age 19, 1085 State Route 339, Belpre, reported between 11 pm the previous night and 8:30 that morning an unknown suspect threw a rock through the passenger side window of his vehicle. This case remains under investigation (1299).

Terry G. Dalton, age 41, 1313 Jewett Drive, Zanesville, for failing to appear for arraignment on 13 Aug 07.

Timothy Snyder, age 26, 3543 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, for failing to appear for arraignment on 13 Aug 07.

Amber Sparks, age 27, 600 Main Street, Waterford, for failing to appear for arraignment on 13 Aug 07.

Carol L. Alsept, age 46, 3570 Oak Hill Road, Stockport, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $157.30.

Michael C. Ayers, age 46, 775 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $483.60.

Jessica L. Estep, age 21, 1305 Blennerhassett Avenue, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $240.50.

Heath D. Greenwood, age 20, 35 Heeter Road, Newport, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $217.10.

Patrick R. Jacobsen, age 27, 1194 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $201.50.

Charles D. Leasure, age 18, 5380 State Route 260, New Matamoras, for criminal trespassing on 16 Jul 07.

Juanita D. Lynn, age 30, Beverly, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $2,119.20.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Tyler James Parteli, age 19, 645 Elm Spring Court Apt. C2, Pittsburgh, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Parteli was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 12:56 am.

Michael Lee Roux, age 35, 2146 Sandhill Road, Marietta, for theft, possession of drugs and for possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Roux was arrested on Elmwood Avenue Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 1:27 am.

Phillip Levi McCoy, age 22, 2 McPherson Manor, Washington, WV, for OVI, and failing to yield at a flashing signal, both misdemeanors. McCoy was arrested on Third Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 3:10 am.

Brent Michael Radabaugh, age 29, 111 Colonial Square Apt. B, Belpre, for two counts of receiving stolen property and for four counts of forgery, all felonies. Radabaugh was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 11:04 am.

Kimberly Jo Kelly, age 42, 1378 Stone Quarry Road, Fleming, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Kelly was arrested at the office by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 4:10 pm.

Jericho Lee Pugh, age 18, 1490 Pugh Road, Stockport, for a felony charge of escape and for misdemeanor charges of underage consumption of alcohol, possession of drugs, disorderly conduct by intoxication and possessing an open container of alcohol. Pugh was arrested at the Waterford Fair by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 7:55 pm.

Heath Michael Patterson, age 35, 332 Franklin Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Patterson was arrested at his residence by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 8:18 pm.

Brandon Robert Smith, age 29, 1109 27th Street, Vienna, for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and for wildlife violations, all misdemeanors. Smith was arrested in Devola by Officer Bear on the Department of Natural Resources and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 9:30 pm.

James Allen Blow, age 26, 811 ½ Virginia Avenue, Parkersburg, for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and for wildlife violations, all misdemeanors. Blow was arrested in Devola by Officer Bear on the Department of Natural Resources and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 07 at 10:05 pm.
