On 14 Jul 07 Joby J. Pottmeyer, age 31, 5490 Huck Road, Lowell, reported sometime during the past twenty-four hours an unknown suspect broke a window to enter the hunting cabin he and his father own on Muskingum River Road in Lowell. Once inside the thief stole a twelve gauge shotgun, a DVD player and ten DVD’s. This case remains under investigation (200).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Gregory Alan Huxley, age 48, 1326 Avery Street, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Huxley was arrested on behalf of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 8:29 am.

Jamie Lynn Foutty, age 21, 169 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, for a felony charge of complicity in committing aggravated burglary and for a misdemeanor charge of violating the terms of her probation. Foutty was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 10:47 am.

Philip John Pettit Jr., age 32, 717 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, a felony. Pettit was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 1:00 pm.

Seth Taylor Venham, age 21, 1060 Sugar Run Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Venham was arrested on behalf of Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 2:59 pm.

Norman Douglas Kennedy, age 21, Marietta, for breaking and entering, a felony. Kennedy was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 3:12 pm.

Bethanna Marie Hutson, age 19, 526 Spring Valley Estates, Elizabeth, WV, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Hutson was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 6:11 pm.

Larry James Freeland, age 35, 603 Main Street Apt. C, Belpre, for domestic violence and for violating the terms of his parole, both misdemeanors. Freeland was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Davis of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 7:05 pm.

Jason Alvin Harguess, age 36, 5075 Old Grade Road, Chesterhill, for failure to appear, breach of recognizance and contempt of a court order, all misdemeanors. Harguess was picked up in Brown County by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 7:28 pm.

Joseph James Patterson, age 46, 803 Fifth Street Apt. D, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Patterson was arrested on Franklin Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Aug 07 at 10:28 pm.
