On 5 Aug 07 Deputy Sheriff Eddy arrested Kelly
J. Hall, age 31, 15159 State Route 676, Waterford, for .17
breath OVI. Responding to a custody dispute involving Ms. Hall,
Deputy Eddy stopped the suspect on Waterford Road. Despite
Ms. Hall’s claim she had not consumed alcohol since June,
Deputy Eddy detected a strong odor of alcohol. Following Ms.
Hall’s poor performance on horizontal gaze nystagmus
tests, she was transported to the Washington County Jail where
she tested .224% BAC.
On 5 Aug 07 the owner of Washington Operations,
840 Swartz Road, Reno, reported some time over the past four
weeks an inoperable pumping power was stolen from an oil well
site near milepost twenty-seven on State Route 26. The owner
stated the unit weighs five tons, valued at $1,000 and was
slated to be taken to a museum. This case remains under investigation
(1299).
On 5 Aug 07 Sarah E. Wriston, age 20, 11565
State Route 821, Lower Salem, reported while she was at work
the driver of an unknown, possibly grey vehicle, struck her
Chevy Cavalier that was parked outside her mother’s trailer
at Southgate Trailer Park. This incident remains under investigation
(1097).
On 5 Aug 07 Rhonda K. Tilton, age 34, 730
Dixon Ridge Road, Lowell, reported between 7:30 and 10 pm that
evening an unknown suspect(s) entered the home she shares with
her parents and completely ransacked the interior. Though no
property was taken, drawers, cabinets and dressers were opened
and blankets and pillows strewn about. This case remains under
investigation (1184).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Joshua Cleveland Sinkfield, age 35, 1202 County House Lane
Apt. H, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Sinkfield was arrested
on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 5 Aug 07 at 2:30 am.
Thomas Eugene Malone, age 29, 407 Eighth Street Lot 12, Belpre,
for driving under an OVI suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Malone was arrested on Sixth Street in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff
Reynolds and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5
Aug 07 at 3:30 am.
Michael Andrew Hudson, age 19, 277 Water Street, Lowell, for
receiving stolen property, a felony. Hudson was arrested by
Patrolman Walters at the Marietta City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Aug 07 at 5:10
pm.
Aaron Chadwick Casto, age 33, 705 Silver Globe Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Casto
was arrested on behalf of Probation Officer Willson and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 5 Aug 07 at 6:40 pm.
Kelly Jean Hall, age 31, 15159 State Route 676, Waterford,
for OVI, a misdemeanor. Hall was arrested on Waterford Road
by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 Aug 07 at 6:40 pm.
Danny Joe Merinar, age 32, Budget Lodge Room 115, Belpre,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, for juvenile offenses and for driving under an FRA suspended
license, all misdemeanors. Merinar was arrested on Washington
Boulevard in Belpre by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 Aug 07 at 10:45 pm.
