On 27 Jul 07 Mark E. Williams, age 75, 695
Bramblewood Heights Road, Marietta, reported on 22 Jul 07 a
Bolen riding lawnmower and miscellaneous patio furniture were
stolen from his weekend property at 1500 River Lane, Marietta.
This case remains under investigation (1293).
On 27 Jul 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds issued
a citation to Raymond E. Wright, age 69, 313 ½ Clark
Street, Belmont, WV, for driving with tags that expired in
September 2006. Deputy Reynolds stopped Mr. Wright on State
Route 7 at Tennis Center Drive in Marietta Township.
On 27 Jul 07 an employee of Bartlett Farmers
Bank, 8515 State Route 339, Vincent, reported between 18 and
27 Jun the same individual wrote three bad checks to an accomplice
who in turn deposited the checks and withdrew cash from his
account. This case remains under investigation (8411).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Marco Antonio Trujillo, age 29, 3695 Melbourne
Avenue, Cleveland, for OVI and for failure to obey the right
of way, both misdemeanors. Trujillo was arrested on State Route
7 at Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 07 at 4:00 am.
Clayton Randall Styer, age 21, Putnam Place
Apt. 8, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Styer was arrested by Probation Officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 07
at 12:41 pm.
Jonathan Lee Slinkard, age 21, 114 Oakview Drive Apt. 10,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony.
Slinkard was arrested in Common Pleas Court by Deputy Sheriff
O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 27 Jul 07 at 2:26 pm.
Shawn Bradley Kerns, age 26, 33 George Avenue, Belpre, for
operating with an expired license, a misdemeanor. Kerns was
arrested on US 50 in Belpre by Lt. Wilson of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 27 Jul 07 at 3:32 pm.
Christopher Ray Wells, age 30, 880 Righteous Ridge Road, Waterford,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Wells
was arrested by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 07 at 4:22 pm.
Robert Lennard Wilson III, age 35, PO Box 132, Marietta, for
being in possession of an open container of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
Wilson was arrested at the Lowell Dam by Lt. Wilson of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 07 at 9:20 pm.
Richard Neil Paugh, age 44, 10436 Current Lane, Cincinnati,
for driving under a suspended license and for failure to obey
a traffic control device, both misdemeanors. Paugh was arrested
on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 07 at 10:55 pm.
