On 22 Jul 07 Chelsie Taylor, age 23, 2969 Plum Road, Waterford, reported she was retrieving property from a storage building in Waterford when she was punched and scratched by a female known to her. Ms. Taylor declined to pursue the matter, only wanting the incident documented (586).

On 22 Jul 07 Shelly A. Mitchell, age 32, 16131 State Route 821, Macksburg, reported while she was away from her residence overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered her trailer and stole numerous Playstation 2 games, a tool set, a portable DVD player, Pioneer car speakers and a Pioneer car amplifier. This case remains under investigation (296).

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Nicky Lee Lamp, age 34, 41 Dunn Lane, New Matamoras, for nonsupport of dependants, failure to appear and for violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Lamp was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Brockmeier of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 07 at 12:15 am.
