On 9 Jul 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued
a citation to Jessica M. Bartimus, age 23, 53980 Eden Ridge
Road, Reedsville, for driving under an FRA suspended license.
Deputy Travaglio stopped Ms. Bartimus on US 50 near Drag Strip
Road in Belpre Township.
On 9 Jul 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio requested
a warrant for Scott L. Boley, age 32, 2356 Mount Carmel Ridge,
Saint Marys, for violating the terms of a protection order.
At approximately 9:30 that evening Jessica D. Beaver, age 24,173
Riverview Estates Lot 16, Saint Marys, reported she was traveling
with a passenger on State Route 7 when Mr. Boley overtook her
vehicle from behind, abruptly stopped and for her to stop as
well. Mr. Boley exited his vehicle, slapped Ms. Beaver in the
face through her open window and fled to an unknown location.
On 9 Jul 07 Sandra L. Carver, age 44, 1045
Sandhill Road Lot 18, Marietta, reported her Sanyo 8200 cell
phone was stolen from her unlocked vehicle between 8:45 pm
on 8 Jul and 7:30 the following morning. This case remains
under investigation (695).
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Craig Ryan Clark, age 22, Route 1 Box 49,
Mineral Wells, for violating the terms of his probation, a
misdemeanor. Wells was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 9 Jul 07 at 9:50 am.
Roy Daniel Frost, age 36, 360 Brownsville Road, New Matamoras,
for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Frost was
arrested at the office of Probation Officer Smith and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jul 07 at 11:15 am.
Anita Dawn Small, age 44, 4506 Butler Street Apt. 6, Parkersburg,
for misuse of a credit card, a felony. Small was picked up
at the North Central Regional Jail in Charleston by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 9 Jul 07 at 11:55 am.
Michael James Dilo, age 29, 326D Newton Avenue, Newark, for
violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Dilo was arrested
at the office of Probation Officer Gault and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 9 Jul 07 at 12:55 pm.
Cleveland Jeffrey Bedgood, age 31, Virginia Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Bedgood
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Smith and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jul 07 at 4:26 pm.
