On 7 Jul 07 a twenty-five year old Cambridge
resident reported when she picked up her two year old daughter
from a two week visitation with her father, her daughter had
several marks consistent she believes are consistent with abuse.
This case remains under investigation (1299).
On 7 Jul 07 a bartender at the Wrangler Tavern,
6625 State Route 821, Whipple, reported a patron at the establishment
refused to leave despite being asked to do so on four occasions.
The bartender stated Leroy J. Clark, age 32, 205 Gibbons Place,
Marietta, was in an argument with his girlfriend and his repeated
outburst were disruptive to other customers. As a result, Deputy
Sheriff Morris arrested Mr. Clark for criminal trespassing
and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Roger Dean Clevenger, age 47, 19456 McFarland Hill Road, Macksburg,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Clevenger
was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 7 Jul 07 at 12:41 am.
Leroy Junior Clark, age 32, 205 Gibbons Place, Marietta, for
criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Clark was arrested at
the Whipple Tavern by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul 07 at 1:22 am.
James William Taylor, age 23, 848 Kenwick Road, Columbus,
for .17 breath OVI and failure to control, both misdemeanors.
Taylor was arrested on State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul
07 at 1:42 am.
Harold Donald McMillen III, age 27, 2400 Sunset Boulevard,
Steubenville, for driving under a twelve point suspended license,
a misdemeanor. McMillen was arrested on State Route 60 by Deputy
Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 7 Jul 07 at 2:06 am.
Phillip Conrad Hughes, age 21, 1001 Front Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for violating the
terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Hughes was arrested
on Post Street in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 7 Jul 07 at 3:16 am.
Jonathan Bryan Beeler, age 21, 44 Sheets Road, Bartlett, for
driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Beeler
was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul 07 at
3:39 am.
Timothy Joseph Knight, age 24, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Knight was arrested at his residence
by Sgt. Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul
07 at 12:55 pm.
Steven Douglas Fulton, age 54, 715 Quarry Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication a misdemeanor. Fulton
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 7 Jul 07 at 1:40 pm.
Wayne Edward Valentine, age 26, 305 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Valentine was arrested at the Four Seasons
in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
7 Jul 07 at 9:30 pm.
