On 22 Jun 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested summonses for a fourteen year old Marietta resident and his thirteen year old sister to appear in Juvenile Court for being delinquent. The juveniles’ mother stated her children assaulted her that afternoon when she tried disciplining them. During the altercation the mother also said her daughter tried to break her arm and scratched her and that her son pushed her several times.

On 22 Jun 07 Stephen W. Johnson, age 54, 417 Timberline Drive, Vincent, reported in February an unknown individual used his personal information to purchase $226 in goods from the Home Shopping Network. This case remains under investigation (8411).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Christopher Robert Karcher, age 27, 613 Eighth Street Apt. 1, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Karcher was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 07 at 7:29 am.

Clarence Otto Jeffers II, age 43, 107 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Jeffers was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 07 at 8:52 am.

Jodie Dawn Miller, age 24, 214 Ingleside Avenue Apt. 1, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 07 at 11:30 am.

Megan Rose Oliver, age 18, 368 Moss Hollow Road, Chillicothe, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Oliver was picked up in Ross County by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 07 at 5:37 pm.
