On 17 Jun 07 Deputy Sheriff Sirianni responded
to a domestic violence report at 836 Pike Street Apt. 2, Marietta.
At the scene a thirteen year old girl stated her father Jason
E. Barnes, age 30, was drunk and he knocked her to the ground
in the parking lot and also held her up against a wall. Refusing
to answer questions, Mr. Barnes was arrested for felony domestic
violence. When he arrived at the jail Mr. Barnes spit in the
face of Deputy Mankins and was additionally charged with assaulting
a peace officer.
On 17 Jun 07 Deputy Sheriff Johnson requested
summonses for Jason T. Mace, age 24, and Graham T. Mace, age
22, both of 18001 State Route 676, Marietta, for disorderly
conduct by fighting. After a brief argument the brothers engaged
in a shoving match during which the elder Mace fell into a
kitchen cabinet, causing a laceration.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jason Eugene Barnes, age 30, 836 Pike Street Apt. 2, Marietta,
for domestic violence and assaulting a peace officer, both
felonies. Barnes was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff
Sirianni and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Jun 07 at 12:55 am.
Frederick Gale McKitrick, age 25, 3010 Burnett Road, Cutler,
for obstructing justice and failure to appear, both misdemeanors.
McKitrick was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Staats
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jun 07
at 3:24 pm.
Daniel Edward Christopher, age 31, 975 Mount Tom Road, Marietta,
for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Christopher was arrested
on Poplar Street in Belpre by Patrolman Clevenger of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Jun 07 at 5:15 pm.
Corey Isaiah Brown, age 26, 4630 Northtowne Boulevard, Columbus,
for driving under a suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors.
Brown was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Jun 07 at 7:20 pm.
