On 15 Jun 07 Rachella Walker, age 29, 2610
Indian Run Road, Marietta, reported during an argument her
live-in boyfriend Martin Adams, age 29, choked her and grabbed
her violently by the arms then left the residence. Deputy Sheriff
Reynolds located Mr. Adams driving past the residence and conducted
a traffic stop. Mr. Adams smelled of alcohol and was unsteady
on his feet as he attempted field sobriety tests. In consequence,
Deputy Reynolds arrested Mr. Adams for domestic violence and
OVI and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Martin Zane Adams, age 29, 2610 Indian Run Road, Marietta,
for OVI and domestic violence, both misdemeanors. Adams was
arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 07 at 3:35 am.
Shane Lee Goins, age 30, 464 Moxahala Avenue, Zanesville,
for illegal conveyance of items into a detention facility,
a felony. Goins was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution
by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 15 Jun 07 at 9:30 am.
John Eugene Anderson, age 26, Marietta, for violating the
terms of his parole, a felony. Anderson was arrested at 761
Greene Street by Probation Officer Smith and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 07 at 10:25 am.
Michael Jay Babcock, age 30, 470 Cornerville Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Babcock was
arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 07 at 12:25 pm.
Jason Leroy Williams, age 21, 313 Franklin Street, Marietta,
for theft, a misdemeanor. Williams turned himself in to Deputy
Sheriff Norman and was processed into the Washington County
Jail on 15 Jun 07 at 3:30 pm.
David Lee Perine, age 22, 503 Ferguson Street, Marietta, for
felony charges of auto theft and breaking and entering and
a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines. Perine was arrested on Sheets Run
Drive by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 15 Jun 07 at 6:09 pm.
Christopher Brian Arnett, age 24, 4791 Waterford Road, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Arnett was arrested on Front Street in
Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 07
at 9:30 pm.
