On 31 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Eddy issued a
citation to Jeremiah D. Clutter, age 20, 113 W. Spring Street,
Marietta, for driving with fictitious registration. Deputy
Eddy stopped Mr. Clutter on Gravel Bank Road near Robinson
Hill Road in Warren Township.
On 31 May 07 Donivan Heiss, age 67, 1770 Michaelis
Road, Marietta, reported during the night an unknown suspect
entered his unlocked truck and removed approximately $15 from
the ashtray. This case remains under investigation (945).
On 31 May 07 Russell Davis, age 59, 416 Arnold
Road, Lowell, reported his adult son cursed at and shoved him
during an argument that afternoon. Finding no probable cause
for domestic violence, Deputy Sheriff Malone will likely file
disorderly conduct charges on Mr. Davis’ son.
On 31 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds requested
a summons for David A. Craig Jr., age 30, 6970 State Route
821 Apt. A, Whipple, for disorderly conduct. Earlier in the
afternoon, Jared Myers, age 26, 560 Rummer Road, Marietta,
stated Mr. Craig was following his vehicle on Pike Street,
motioning him to pull over. In the parking lot of United Rentals
Mr. Craig proceeded to yell at Mr. Myers and tried to provoke
a fight in retaliation for an incident the previous day involving
his wife and Mr. Myers.
On 31 May 07 a seventeen year old Amesville
resident reported sometime during the past week her clarinet
was stolen from her cubbyhole in the band room at Warren High
School. This case remains under investigation (586).
On 31 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Deborah L. Streight, age 48, 221 S. Sixth Street,
Marietta, for improper passing. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms.
Streight after she nearly struck his car while she passed a
box truck on State Route 550 in Warren Township.
ADDITIONAL DRUG SWEEP ARRESTS
The drug sweep throughout Washington County continued today
with the arrests of additional suspects for trafficking in
drugs. The suspects are being held pending their initial appearance
Friday in Marietta Municipal Court. Arrested individuals and
their respective charges are:
Ronald W. Fisher, age 32, 129 ½ E.
Spring Street, Marietta, for trafficking in marijuana for having
said drug individually
packaged in 1/8 ounce bags on 5 Apr 07, a fifth degree
felony.
Deloris E. Curtis, age 69, 309 Lord Street, Marietta, for
trafficking in marijuana for having said drug individually
packaged in 1/8 ounce bags on 5 Apr 07, a fifth degree felony.
Deidre F. Murphy, age 40, 208 Maple Street, Marietta, for
selling twenty-two Percocet pills, a Schedule II controlled
substance, on 30 Apr 07, a fourth degree felony.
Jennifer M. Santee, age 44, 186 ½ Front
Street, Marietta, for selling less than a gram of crack cocaine,
a Schedule II
controlled substance, on 30 Apr 07, a fifth degree felony.
Christian E. Sayre, age 27, 9585 State Route 339, Vincent,
for selling twenty-six grams of marijuana to an undercover
operative on 6 Mar 06, a fourth degree felony.
Furthermore, Camille L. Gazzale, age 28, 4135 Highland Ridge
Road, Lowell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing
to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the
sum of $1,184.30 and her bond set at $6,000.

Wilson Bubner, age 18, 1605 Mount Tom Road,
Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $143.
Ricky L. Chancellor, age 52, 301 Matthew Street, Mineral Wells,
for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $604.50.
Adam E. Drayer, age 23, 186 Mill Street Apt. 205, Athens,
for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $763.10.
Jaryn M. Farris, age 24, 1536 Idlewood Avenue, Akron, for
contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $214.50.
Camille L. Gazzale, age 28, 4135 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell,
for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,184.30.
George A. Hand, age 28, 4170 Sandy Lake Drive, Lithonia, GA,
for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $158.60.
Elton D. Hart, age 31, 2701 State Route 60, Beverly, for contempt
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines in the sum of $177.50.
Jody Wright, age 27, 1440 Reynolds Run Road, New Matamoras,
for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $243.10.
The following suspects were processed into the Washington
County Jail between Wednesday 30 May 07 and Thursday 31 May

Troy Jason Trent, age 27, 1574 Elizabeth Street Apt. A, Athens,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Trent was arrested on Elizabeth

Devin Michael Haynes, age 21, 1601 Hill Street
Apr. A, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a
misdemeanor. Haynes was arrested on US 50 near Braun Road by
Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 31 May 07 at 5:30 am.
Christian Edward Sayre, age 26, 9585 State
Route 339, Vincent, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Sayre
was arrested at Miller Supply by Detective Tilton of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 31 May 07 at 9:30 am.
Deloris Emma Curtis, age 69, 309 Lord Street, Marietta, for
trafficking in drugs, a felony. Curtis was arrested at her
residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31
May 07 at 10:30 am.

Camille Lynn Gazzale, age 28, 4135 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Gazzale was arrested at 129 ½ E.
Spring Street in Marietta by Detective Hiatt of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 31 May 07 at 11:10 am.
Russell Avery Johnson, age 43, 125 Main Street, Dexter City,
for menacing, a misdemeanor. Johnson was picked up at the Noble
County Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 31 May 07 at 12:30 pm.
Deidre Fawn Murphy, age 40, 208 Maple Street, Marietta, for
trafficking in drugs, a felony. Murphy was arrested at 271
Muskingum Drive in Marietta by Detective Tilton of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 31 May 07 at 1:05 pm.
Jennifer May Santee, age 44, 186 ½ Front Street, Marietta,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Santee was arrested on
Gilman Street in Marietta by Detective Tilton of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 31 May 07 at 1:37 pm.
