On 26 May 07 a forty-three year old Marietta
resident reported her sixteen year old son ran away that day
before he was scheduled to begin a six month sentence in the
Washington County Juvenile Detention Center. The mother said
her son was last seen at Speedway on Second Street and may
be headed for an unknown beach. This case remains under investigation
(1299).
On 26 May 07 Tammy Bauerbach, age 32, 318
Echo Valley Road, Waterford, reported her ex-husband Kenneth
D. Bauerbach, age 36, 590 Mitchell’s Lane, Marietta,
phoned her in violation of a protection order issued in Portage
County. After listening to the conversation Ms. Bauerbach recorded
Deputy Sheriff Staats arrested Mr. Bauerbach for violating
the terms of a protection order and transported him to the
Washington County Jail.
On 26 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued
a citation to Alisha D. Small, age 26, 3006 Hemlock Avenue,
Parkersburg, for having fictitious registration. Deputy Smeeks
stopped Ms. Small at the intersection of Tower Road and State
Route 555 in Belpre Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
David Overdoff Mull, age 39, 312 Russell Avenue, Greensburg,
PA, for .17 breath OVI, for driving under a suspended license
and for speeding, all misdemeanors. Mull was arrested on Park
Avenue in New Matamoras by Chief Bourne of the New Matamoras
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 26 May 07 at 12:05 am.
Julio Cesar Munoz Peres, age 29, 8218 Highway 27E, Costas,
NC, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding,
both misdemeanors. Peres was arrested near milepost eleven
on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 07 at 9:45 am.
Kenneth Dean Bauerbach, age 36, 590 Mitchell’s Lane,
Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, a
misdemeanor. Bauerbach was arrested at his residence by Deputy
Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 26 May 07 at 2:35 pm.
Shane Michael Hardie, age 31, Tenth Street, Parkersburg, for
parking violations, a misdemeanor. Hardie was arrested in Marietta
by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 07
at 10:05 pm.
