On 23 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds was
dispatched to a dispute involving neighbors congregated at
1115 Lynch Church Road, Marietta. Beginning with an incident
between the neighbors’ young daughters, a shouting
match developed and numerous taunts and curses hurled back
and forth. Neither faction contacted the other physically,
hence Deputy Reynolds issued minor misdemeanor citations
for disorderly conduct to the following individuals:

Terra Thomas, age 19, 1115 Lynch Church Road
Chloe Underwood, age 34, 1085 Lynch Church Road
Lorrie Seevers, age 26, 1014 Lynch Church Road
Eleanor Casto, age 66, 1012 Lynch Church Road
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Matthew J. Sinclair, age 18, 915 31st Street,
Parkersburg, for assault, for the theft of a Mitsubishi Eclipse
and for robbery on 21 May 07.
Ronald D. Stephens, age 18, 1705 Rockland Avenue, Belpre,
for violating the terms of his probation.
Donald R. Ery, age 73, 44 Oakmont Drive, Belpre, for turkey
hunting on another’s property without permission on 21
Apr 07.
Teresa M. Luke, age 40, 1185 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, for
failing to appear for pretrial on 21 May 07.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
William Howard Young, age 75, 852 Luke Chute Road, Waterford,
for OVI and for failure to signal, both misdemeanors. Young
was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Hunter of the Beverly
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 23 May 07 at 12:25 am.
Elizabeth Ann West, age 25, 906 Fifth Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. West was
arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 23 May 07 at 12:30 am.
Cory Allen Burns, age 32, 1034 Fifth Avenue, Ford City, PA,
for OVI, driving under a suspended license, driving left of
center and for having an inoperable license plate light, all
misdemeanors. Burns was arrested on Front Street in Marietta
by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 May 07
at 2:25 am.
Donald Clemen Gerdau, age 49, 306 Putnam Avenue Apt. C, Marietta,
for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Gerdau was arrested
at his residence by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 23 May 07 at 2:40 am.
Ralph Francis Kemper Jr., age 36, 4550 State Route 555, Little
Hocking, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines, for violating the terms of his probation and
for contempt of a court order, all misdemeanors. Kemper was
arrested in Churchtown by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 23 May 07 at 8:04 am.
Teresa May Luke, age 40, 1185 Zion Ridge Road,
Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Luke was arrested
at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 23 May 07 at 10:50 am.
Gary Eugene McDonald, age 52, 2010 Braun Road, Belpre, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. McDonald was picked up at the Southeast Regional
Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 23 May 07 at 4:35 pm.
Joyce Lynn Myers, age 26, 503 Cisler Lane, Marietta, for driving
under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Myers was arrested
near milepost twenty-seven on State Route 7 by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 23 May 07 at 4:51 pm.
Mary Beth Wilson, age 26, 122 Tennis Center Drive Apt. 31A,
Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for
not yielding the right of way when making a left turn, both
misdemeanors. Wilson was arrested at the intersection of Putnam
and Second Streets in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 May 07
at 10:35 pm.
