On 19 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Simmons arrested Robert L. Icenhour, age 36, 3473 Lancaster Kirkersville Road, Lancaster, for obstructing justice. While being questioned on a matter at Sierra Apartments, Mr. Icenhour gave a false name to Deputy Simmons because he believed there was a warrant for his arrest.

On 19 May 07 Justin L. Maliki, age 21, 300 Starlite Drive Lot 7, Marietta, reported he believes a friend of his obtained one of his credit card numbers and used it to purchase a cell phone and prepaid minutes. This case remains under investigation (1299).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Lisa Michelle Gilliland, age 18, 67811 Old 21 Road, Cambridge, for a felony charge of failure to comply with the order/signal of an officer and misdemeanor charges of .08 breath OVI, speeding and passing in a hazardous zone. Gilliland was arrested on State Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 May 07 at 2:32 am.

Robert Lynn Icenhour, age 36, 3473 Lancaster Kirkersville Road, Lancaster, for a felony charge of identity theft and a misdemeanor charge of obstructing official business. Icenhour was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 May 07 at 10:35 pm.
