On 17 May 07 Tina L. Gray, age 50, 1900 Kohl
Road, Whipple, reported sometime during the past day an unknown
suspect(s) broke the passenger side window of her GMC truck.
This case remains under investigation (296).
On 17 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Eddy issued a
citation to Margaret C. Paskawych, age 44, 785 Rhodes Road,
Lowell, for not stopping at a stop sign. Deputy Eddy stopped
Ms. Paskawych at the intersection of Stacy Orchard Road and
Waterford Road in Muskingum Township.
On 17 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Eddy issued a
citation to Belinda McMahan, age 49, 1280 Muskingum River Road,
Marietta, for not stopping at a stop sign. Deputy Eddy stopped
Ms. McMahan at the intersection of Stacy Orchard Road and Waterford
Road in Muskingum Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
William Leon Comuzie, age 43, 852 Greene Street Apt. 4, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Comuzie was arrested on Greene Street
in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
17 May 07 at 12:19 am.
Andre Delvon Hamlet, age 23, Charles Street, Parkersburg,
for possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. Hamlet was arrested
at the Locker Room in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 May 07 at 2:00 am.
Larry Eugene Stevens Jr., age 38, 1585 ½ Coal Street,
Chesterhill, for theft and possession of criminal tools, both
felonies. Stevens was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Augenstein
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 May 07 at 8:15 am.
Cayla Marie Hanes, age 20, 1585 ½ Coal Street, Chesterhill,
for theft and possession of criminal tools, both felonies.
Stevens was arrested in Barlow by Patrolman Augenstein of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 May 07 at 9:20 am.
Katherine Louise Edwards, age 48, 836 Pike Street Apt. 4,
Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor.
Edwards was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 May 07
at 2:30 pm.
