On 15 May 07 John C. Heldman, age 52, 1348 Masonic Park Road, Marietta, reported since loaning his vehicle to his son the previous day he and his son had an argument and his son refuses to return the vehicle. Mr. Heldman also stated he was aware that driver’s license of his son, John M. Heldman, age 28, same address, was under suspension. Due to the aforementioned facts Deputy Sheriff Reynolds requested summonses for the elder Heldman for knowingly allowing an individual to operate his vehicle without a license and for the younger Heldman for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

On 15 May 07 Rhonda Martin, age 35, 657 Alexander Road, Marietta, reported she was leaning over her bathroom sink drying her hair when an unknown male approached her from behind and grabbed her neck. The suspect then threatened Ms. Martin and fled the residence. This case remains under investigation (501).

On 15 May 07 a thirty-year old Marietta resident reported she desired to pursue charges against her thirteen year old son for stealing fifty dollars from her purse. The mother informed Deputy Sheriff Smeeks that her son told her he found the money and used all but nine dollars of it to purchase items when they went to K-Mart. When they returned home from the store the mother determined her son took the money from her purse. As a result, Deputy Smeeks requested a summons for the teenager to appear in Juvenile Court for being delinquent.

On 15 May 07 a fifty-six year old Beverly resident reported her son’s former girlfriend continues to phone her residence despite her repeated requests for the her not to do so. This case remains under investigation (1293).

Phillip Nunn, age 34, 254 Lake Street, Delaware, OH, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 30 Apr 07.

Aaron K. Farnsworth, age 28, 700 Lulu Street, Parkersburg, for failing to appear for pretrial on 8 May 07.

Joseph K. Herrmann, age 45, 8429 Conk Palmer Road, Malta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $136.50.

Russell A. Johnson, age 43, 125 Main Street, Dexter City, for menacing on 17 Apr 07.

Norman D. Kennedy, age 21, 108 Riley Drive Apt. 4, Marietta, for public indecency on 14 Apr 07.

Amanda D. Keys, age 27, 2155 Broad Run Road, Saint Marys, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $214.50.

Gregory L. Levitre, age 33, 2667 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $113.10.

Thomas R. Sarver, age 51, 12 Mill Lane, Watertown, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $110.50.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Lindsay Marie Alton, age 18, 2105 17th Avenue, Vienna, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Alton was arrested on Franklin Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 2:45 am.

Travis Lee Davis, age 20, 2505 Cleveland Avenue, Parkersburg, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested on Franklin Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 2:45 am.

Andrew Cole Pratt, age 20, 1502 Core Road, Parkersburg, for underage consumption of alcohol and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Pratt was arrested on Franklin Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 2:45 am.

Maxwell Eugene Lassiter, age 39, 945 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Lassiter was arrested at his residence by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 9:47 am.

Dana Michelle Dailey, age 25, 129 Elm Street, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Dailey was arrested at Peoples News in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 10:00 am.

Seth Thomas Adams, age 22, 221 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Adams was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 10:18 am.

Gretchen Adair Mace, age 22, 18001 State Route 676, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Mace was arrested at her residence by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 10:45 am.

Venson E. Moore III, age 30, 631 Seventh Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of violating the terms of his probation and a misdemeanor charge of OVI. Moore was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 11:10 am.

Sean Michaele Masten, age 19, 26 Captain Neals Court, Parkersburg, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Masten was picked up in Parkersburg by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 May 07 at 8:40 pm.
