On 11 May 07 Deputy Sheriff Staats requested a summons for a sixteen year old Reno resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being delinquent. Earlier that day a teacher at Frontier High School observed the juvenile smoking marijuana and hiding the pipe in the softball field dugout.

On 11 May 07 Richard R. Thomas, age 21, 125 Maple Street, Newport, reported he was drinking at the Spinning Wheel in Newport when he was attacked. Mr. Thomas stated all he could remember was being shoved out of the bar, punched in the face and lying in the emergency squad. This case remains under investigation (1184).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Sue E. Bellville, age 51, 209 Ridgewood Court Apt. D, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $497.90.

Clayton L. Books, age 27, 711 Ninth Street, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $425.10.

Joseph E. Davis, age 36, 4804 Ninth Avenue, Vienna, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for his monthly appointment.

Katherine L. Edwards, age 48, 207 Barber Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to make restitution with six months or to appear to serve ten days in jail.

Daniel E. Hendrickson, age 52, 120 Gravel Bank Road, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $406.90.

Ricky D. Hines, age 45, 271 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $906.10.

Max E. Lassiter, age 39, 945 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $123.50.

Patrick T. Shaw, age 1, 629 Marietta Lane, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $283.40.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Sean Paul Reed, age 19, 2397 Benton Avenue, Akron, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Reed was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 2:25 am.

Brandon Lee Hoffert, age 22, 410 Fearing Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for criminal trespassing, both misdemeanors. Hoffert was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by Officer Ruble of the Marietta College Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 3:20 am.

Jason Russell Johnston, age 31, 615 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Johnston was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 10:54 am.

Sue Ellen Bellvillle, age 51, 290 Ridgewood Court Apt. D, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Bellville was arrested at her residence by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 1:51 pm.

Clayton Loren Books, age 27, 123 Collin Road, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Books was arrested at his residence by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 2:45 pm.

Amy Lynn Treadway, age 34, 815 Fifth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for contempt of a court order, all misdemeanors. Treadway was arrested at 710 Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 6:12 pm.

Jeffrey Todd Myers, age 38, 106 ½ Sacra Via, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Myers was arrested on Hunter Avenue by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 5:21 pm.

Carol Adean Ford, age 47, 37341 Darrah, Dexter City, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Ford was arrested on Fifth Street in Beverly by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 07 at 11:11 pm.
