On 9 May 07 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Battina S. English, age 45, 3005 State Route 26, Marietta, for driving with plates that expired in Aug 06. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms. English on State Route 7 near Veto Road in Warren Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jerrod Dale Russell, age 31, 27400 State Route 7 Lot 64, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Russell was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 May 07 at 12:04 am.

Fannie Sarah Kovacs, age 26, 902 Fourth Street, Marietta, for two counts of breach of recognizance and for receiving stolen property, all felonies. Kovacs was arrested at the courthouse by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 May 07 at 9:59 am.

Daniel Jay Williams, age 25, 3844 Emery Club Way, Columbus, for identity theft, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested Patrol Post 84 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 May 07 at 10:30 am.

Ronnie Daniel Goad, age 32, 7170 State Route 60, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Goad was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Hupp of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 May 07 at 4:55 pm.

Tommy Glen Bettis, age 57, 631 Seventh Street, Marietta, for two felony counts of receiving stolen property and for misdemeanor charges of theft and operating with an expired license. Bettis was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 May 07 at 11:45 pm.
