On 21 Apr 07 Bill Stevens, age 53, 250 Zion
Ridge Road, Marietta, reported his three wheel ATV was stolen
from the back side of his residence around 1:30 am that morning.
Later in the morning Mr. Stevens phoned again, stating he discovered
his ATV in a field along Laurel Ridge Road and the three wheeler
was burnt beyond repair. This case remains under investigation
(1001).
On 21 Apr 07 Robin Hoskins, age 47, 640 Maple
Avenue, New Martinsville, reported after stopping momentarily
at the Grandview Tavern in New Matamoras to speak with a friend,
a female unknown to her punched her in the face without provocation.
Ms. Hoskins indicated she fell to the floor and the unknown
woman pulled out a handful of her hair before other patrons
intervened. This case remains under investigation (1001).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Richard Arlen Huddleston, age 28, 632 Cisler Drive, Marietta,
for OVI, driving under an OVI suspended license, for driving
left of center, failure to register and for violating the terms
of his probation, all misdemeanors. Huddleston was arrested
on Second Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 07
at 3:30 am.
Michael Douglas McKinney, age 57, Marietta, for domestic violence,
a misdemeanor. McKinney was arrested on Colegate Drive in Marietta
by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 07
at 11:56 am.
John David Bigler, age 31, 717 Greene Street, Marietta, for
driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Bigler was
arrested on Virginia Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21
Apr 07 at 6:04 pm.
Virginia Gale Milligan, age 43, 310 Sixth Street Apt. 4, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Milligan was arrested in Marietta by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 21 Apr 07 at 10:15 pm.
Tamara Diane Lang, age 44, 2915 Plum Run Road, Marietta, for
driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Lang
was arrested in Waterford by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 07
at 10:50 pm.
