On 20 Apr 07 Ted Williams, age 51, 112 Pine Drive, Little Hocking, reported as he walked his daughter home from the bus stop he observed a woman he recognized as Brittany S. Greenleaf, age 20, 1441 Hocking Road, Little Hocking, walking away from his home and leaving in a vehicle with a male subject. Later Mr. Williams discovered Boyd’s bears, DVD’s and decorative signs in a neighbor’s yard and concluded Ms. Greenleaf took the items from inside his home. Deputy Sheriff Sirianni located Ms. Greenleaf and her accomplice Michael L. Stover Jr., age 20, 1441 Hocking Road, Little Hocking, and found items from Mr. Williams’ home inside the suspects’ vehicle. Both suspects admitted taking part in stealing the items from the Williams home, were arrested for burglary and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 20 Apr 07 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks responded to the scene of death of a ninety-one year old Belpre resident. The woman’s death appears natural; no foul play is suspected.

SECOND SUSPECT ARRESTED FROM SIXTH STREET CRACK HOUSE

On 20 Apr 07 Detectives from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested a second suspect concerning the alleged crack house located on Sixth Street in Marietta. Detectives arrested Regina Scott, age 47, 308 Sixth Street, Marietta, OH for selling crack cocaine within 1000 feet of a school. She was transported to the Washington County Jail and is being held pending an arraignment hearing.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jason Russell Johnston, age 31, 415 Sixth Street Apt. A, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Johnston was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 2:40 am.

Seth Thomas Adams, age 22, 534 Fifth Street Apt. 8, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Adams was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 10:15 am.

Regina Scott, age 47, 308 Sixth Street Apt. C, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Scott was arrested at her residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 1:15 pm.

Timothy Jay Smith, age 22, 606 Lee Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Smith was arrested in Common Pleas Court by Lt. Coppernoll of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 1:35 pm.

Crystal Sue Fisher, age 30, 129 ½ Spring Street, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Fisher was arrested at her residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 3:46 pm.

Thomas Richard Spencer, age 54, 240 Hillcrest Drive Apt. 64, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Spencer was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 4:28 pm.

Adrian Steven Henderson, age 22, 26th Street, Parkersburg, for two felony counts of burglary and a misdemeanor count of violating the terms of his probation. Henderson was picked up at the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Duffield, VA by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 4:50 pm.

Michael Lee Stover Jr., age 20, 1441 Hocking Road, Little Hocking, for a felony charge of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of violating the terms of his probation. Stover was arrested at Coolville Elementary School by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 8:20 pm.

Brittany Shayly Greenleaf, age 20, 1441 Hocking Road, Little Hocking, for burglary, a felony. Greenleaf was arrested at Coolville Elementary School by Deputy Sheriff Sirianni and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 07 at 8:30 pm.
