On 19 Apr 07 James T. Rhodes, age 53, 151
Second Street, Vincent, reported being harassed by Jeff B.
Headlee, age 49, 217 Culver Run Road, Waterford, as he drove
in the vicinity of State Route 339 in Vincent. Mr. Rhodes stated
on three occasions as he was driving to his home that Mr. Headlee
gave him the finger, a violation of a protection order he’s
had against Mr. Headlee since September 2006. Due to Mr. Headlee’s
actions Deputy Sheriff Evans requested a summons for him for
violating the terms of a civil protection order.
On 19 Apr 07 Sonni M. Bentley, age 51, 799
Cairnes Run Road, Lowell, reported around noon that day fifteen
to twenty of her neighbor’s cows were running loose in
her front and back yards. This case remains under investigation
(586).
On 19 Apr 07 Russell H. Furler, age 54, 105
Long Road, Marietta, reported between 7 pm on 18 Apr and 8:30
am that morning an unknown suspect(s) entered the home he and
his wife are restoring at 1215 Hills Bridge Road, Marietta,
and stole a large quantity of tools including: an air compressor,
three drills, a router, two nail guns, three saws and a belt
sander. Mr. Furler estimated the total value of the stolen
tools is over $2,200. This case remains under investigation
(1184).
On 19 Apr 07 Dora Copen, age 58, 300 Starlite
Drive Lot 28, Marietta, reported two checks and her driver’s
license were stolen sometime during the past two weeks. Ms.
Copen was able to successfully stop payment on one check but
the other was forged for $3,600 and cashed at People’s
Bank in Vienna. This case remains under investigation (500).

John David Hines, age 18, 27245 State Route
7, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
Hines was arrested
on Hills Bridge by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 12:22 am.
Eduardo Ortiz, age 25, 1206 County House Lane
Apt. B, Marietta, for being in physical control of a vehicle
while under the
influence of alcohol and for possession of drug paraphernalia,
both misdemeanors. Ortiz was arrested on Hills Bridge
by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 12:22 am.
Randal Maurice Nalle, age 38, 901 Cisler Lane, Marietta, for
assault, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, menacing
and criminal trespassing, all misdemeanors. Nalle was arrested
at the Locker Room in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 1:50 am.
Sunshine Marie Hughes, age 25, 1313 Gilman Avenue, Marietta,
for OVI and for driving left of center, both misdemeanors.
Hughes was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 3:50 am.
Charles Schumann Farley, age 67, 107 Merryhill
Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Farley
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hilverding of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 11:20 am.
Gary Lee Jackson Jr., age 25, 833 Second Street Lot 3, Marietta,
for misconduct at an emergency, a misdemeanor. Jackson was
arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 4:25 pm.
Drexil Richard Mowery, age 51, 1203 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Mowery was arrested at
his residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 4:30 pm.
Jennifer Marie Wilmoth, age 23, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt.
6E, New Matamoras, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines and for violating the terms of his
probation, both misdemeanors. Wilmoth was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 5:00 pm.
Mary Ann Hornbeck, age 57, 1610 Hill Street Apt. G, Belpre,
for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Hornbeck was arrested at her residence by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19
Apr 07 at 5:08 pm.
Peter Henry Glowaski, age 45, 1440 Peaker Run Road, Macksburg,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Glowaski was arrested
on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Apr 07 at 9:21 pm.
