On 17 Apr 07 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole requested
a warrant for the arrest of Russell A. Johnson, age 43, 125
Main Street, Macksburg, for menacing. The previous day Christy
Tennant, age 24, 401 Third Street, Macksburg, reported she
was backing out of a driveway n Macksburg when her car stalled
partially in the roadway. At that point Ms. Tennant stated
she feared for her safety after her uncle, Mr. Johnson, came
flying down the road in his vehicle and swerved toward her
vehicle nearly striking it. When she pulled back into the driveway
Ms. Tennant stated Mr. Johnson drove by again, slowing to spout
expletives and threatening to “blow her head off.”
On 17 Apr 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds issued
a citation to Nichole M. Boley, age 23, 430 Elk Run Road, Reno,
for failing to reinstate her license. Deputy Reynolds stopped
Ms. Boley near milepost thirty-six on State Route 7 in Newport
Township.
On 17 Apr 07 Deputy Sheriff Tornes requested
a summons for Samantha Streight, age 18, 432 Douglas Avenue,
Marietta, for passing bad checks. Deputy Tornes’ affidavit
alleges Ms. Streight issued eight bad checks to the Pit Stop
totaling $446.02 between 18 and 23 Jan 07.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Chad William Richard Warner, age 21, 260 Greenbrier
Circle, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Warner was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 17 Apr 07 at 2:00 pm.
Robert Lucky Patterson, age 24, 424 Third Street Apt. 2, Marietta,
for burglary, a felony. Patterson was picked up in Columbus
by Corrections Officer Travaglio and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Apr 07 at 2:56 pm.
Juan Jabar Richards, age 26, 325 Lynch Church Road, Marietta,
for receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a computer
and for obstructing official business, all felonies. Richards
turned himself in to Corrections Officer Travaglio and was
processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Apr 07 at 3:14
pm.
Charles Stanley Fox II, age 36, 800 Fourth Street, Marietta,
for domestic violence and for violating the terms of his parole,
both felonies. Fox was arrested at the courthouse by Patrolman
McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Apr 07 at 3:47 pm.
