On 11 Apr 07 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to Ruth A. Modesitt, age 30, 2184 Sandhill Road, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms.
Modesitt in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Marietta.
On 11 Apr 07 Deputy Sheriff Simmons responded
to the scene of death of a seventy-six year old Beverly resident.
The man’s death appears natural; no foul play is suspected.
On 11 Apr 07 Pamela J. Ellis, age 45, 239
Culver Run Road, Waterford, reported on 29 Mar 07, $26 in cash
and three Wal-Mart gift cards were stolen from her daughter’s
purse in the Waterford High School girl’s locker room.
This case remains under investigation (1203).
