On 7 Apr 07 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued a
citation to Trina L. Davis-Hileman, age 29, 131 Ward Street,
Marietta, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Morris
stopped Ms. Davis-Hileman on State Route 7 at Virginia Street
in Warren Township.
On 7 Apr 07 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Brianna C. Bennett, age 21, 11B Watertown Road,
Waterford, for driving without a license. Deputy Evans stopped
Ms. Bennett on Groves Avenue near Grand Avenue in Marietta
Township.
On 7 Apr 07 Verner K. See, age 62, 5765 Buchanan
Road, Waterford, reported sometime during the night the driver
of an unknown vehicle left the roadway, drove through his landscaping
and over a fence before returning to the roadway 100 feet later.
This case remains under investigation (501).

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jessica Lynn Treadway, age 28, Marietta, for violating the
terms of her probation and for failure to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Treadway
was arrested on State Route 550 by Lt. Huffer of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 7 Apr 07 at 2:28 am.
Jason Scott Dotson, age 27, 697 Hill Road, Cutler, for assault,
a misdemeanor. Dotson was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta
by Sgt. Ritchie of the Marietta City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 07 at 7:45
am.
Joel Jerry Dotson, age 29, 697 Hill Road, Cutler, for felonious
assault. Dotson was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta
by Sgt. Ritchie of the Marietta City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 07 at 7:45
am.
Jonathan Dwayne Dotson, age 25, 697 Hill Road, Cutler, for
assault, a misdemeanor. Dotson was arrested at the Locker Room
in Marietta by Sgt. Ritchie of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 07 at
7:45 am.
Mark Anthony Gard, age 33, 4022 Addison Pike, Gallipolis,
for theft, a misdemeanor. Gard was arrested on Washington Boulevard
in Belpre by Patrolman Clevenger of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
7 Apr 07 at 4:57 pm.
Terry Gilbert Dalton, age 1313 Jewett Drive, Zanesville, for
domestic violence and failure to appear, both misdemeanors.
Dalton was arrested on State Route 555 by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 07 at
3:41 pm.
Brian Keith Riel, age 38, 1213 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Riel was arrested on Braun
Road in Belpre by Detective Tilton of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 7 Apr 07 at 6:33 pm.
Christopher Lee Perry, age 22, 532 Ellis Road, Parkersburg,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Perry was arrested on Braun
Road in Belpre by Detective Tilton of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 7 Apr 07 at 7:03 pm.
James Daniel Reynolds, age 44, 907 Riverview Estates, Belpre,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia,
driving under a suspended license, for having fictitious plates
and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Reynolds
was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 07 at
7:30 pm.
Amanda Carlene Sparks, age 19, 11B Watertown Road, Waterford,
for three misdemeanor counts of passing bad checks. Sparks
was arrested on Slaughterhouse Road in Marietta by Patrolman
Heddleston of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 07 at 9:20 pm.
