On 5 Apr 07 Michael Rech, age 52, 3620 State
Route 821, Whipple, reported an unknown suspect(s) broke a
window to enter a rear door of his former business and stole
a pair of Cobra radios, a Winchester .223 rifle and a Winchester
.30-30 rifle, a total loss of approximately $900. These cases
remain under investigation (501).
On 5 Apr 07 Kathy Edwards, age 47, 840 Pike
Street Apt. 4, Marietta, reported while she was in hospital
for the two previous days, an unknown suspect(s) entered her
apartment and stole $150 in cash and a thirty pack of Busch
Light. This case remains under investigation (684).
On 5 Apr 07 Lt. Wilson arrested William T.
Klintworth, age 42, 1876 Pine Ridge Road, Fleming, for obstructing
official business. Lt. Wilson accompanied Captain Brum to the
Klintworth residence to seize property as ordered by Common
Pleas Court. Asked about the location of a tractor to be seized,
Mr. Klintworth became visibly upset, irate and stated he would
burn his property. Further, Mr. Klintworth provided false answers
on numerous occasions to the property’s whereabouts.
On 5 Apr 07 an employee of the Pit Stop, 3355
State Route 821, Marietta, reported the driver of an SUV drove
off without paying for $40.06 in gasoline. This case remains
under investigation (684).

Office received the following warrants:
Angel C. Conley, age 22, 20 Dye Street Apt.
2, Newport, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug
paraphernalia on 27 Feb 07.
Robert J. Perry, age 37, 475 Anderson Road, Lowell, for felonious
assault committed on 18 Mar 07.
Ricky Richardson Jr., age 19, 1680 Lakeview Drive Apt. G,
Newark, OH, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug
paraphernalia on 15 Mar 07.
Mary B. Wilson, age 26, 32 Main Street, Belpre, for failure
to register a vehicle on 12 Mar 07.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Kellie Renee Santos, age 28, 1703 16th Street, Parkersburg,
for OVI, operating without or with an expired license and for
having faulty equipment, all misdemeanors. Santos was arrested
on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 Apr 07 at 12:30 am.
Katherine Lashay Dilo, age 27, 85 Northwoods Terrace, Boaz,
WV, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Dilo was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman
Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 5 Apr 07 at 12:58 am.
Edith Margaret White, age 49, PO Box 231, Beverly, for receiving
stolen property, a felony. White was arrested on Millers Lane
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 5 Apr 07 at 2:20 am.
Christian David Erb, age 33, 109 Longacre Street, Marietta,
for receiving stolen property, a felony. Erb was arrested on
Millers Lane by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 5 Apr 07 at 2:40 am.
William Thomas Klintworth, age 43, 1876 Pine
Ridge Road, Fleming, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor.
Klintworth was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff
Sirianni and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5
Apr 07 at 2:45 pm.
William Maverick Scott, age 20, 2977 Sharon Drive SE, North
Philadelphia, for breaking and entering, a felony. Scott was
picked up at the Tuscarawas County Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Apr 07 at
3:00 pm.
