On 31 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds requested
a summons for Mary Sheridan, age 32, 404 Montgomery Street,
Marietta, for obstruction of justice. At the residence to arrest
a subject on outstanding warrants, Ms. Sheridan stated to officers
that the subject was not on the premises. Before departing,
Deputy Reynolds’ summons alleges, an officer observed
the subject in the residence. Ms. Sheridan again denied the
subject was there but after a consensual search he was located
hiding in the basement of the residence.
On 31 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Morris was dispatched
to a disturbance at 840 Pike Street Apt. 41, Marietta. At the
scene Deputy Morris met the apartment’s occupant Timothy
J. Shaw, age 20, and his friends Shawn A. Cline, age 20, 106
Wood Street, Marietta, and Michael R. Wagner, age 18, 105 Hazelwood
Road, Marietta. All three subjects had an odor of alcohol and
stated they were watching a basketball and yelled after a good
play. Thereafter, Deputy Morris administered portable breath
tests on the suspects, which returned results positive for
alcohol. The three were arrested for underage consumption of
alcohol and transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 31 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued
a citation to Christopher P. Sheeks, age 21, 1408 Jefferson
Avenue, Akron, for driving 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy
Smeeks stopped Mr. Sheeks near milepost twelve on State Route
7 in Dunham Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christine Gayle Baker, age 25, 280 Indian Run Road, Marietta,
for felony charges of burglary, safecracking and theft and
misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, theft and violating
the terms of her probation. Baker was arrested on State Route
7 by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 31 Mar 07 at 12:27 am.
Ronald Bruce Sheridan, age 35, 404 Montgomery Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear and for failure to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Sheridan
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 07 at 1:03
am.
Andrew Scott Noel, age 33, 1935 20th Street, Portsmouth, OH,
for failure to reinstate his operator’s license and for
speeding, both misdemeanors. Noel was arrested on US 50 by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 31 Mar 07 at 9:20 am.
Rodney Allen Crites, age 26, 1210 Lockwood Street Apt. B,
Belpre, for driving under an FRA suspended license, speeding
and failure to register, all misdemeanors. Crites was arrested
at his residence by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 07 at 11:45 am.
Scott Shane Blair, age 36, 422 Whitman Street, Zanesville,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Blair was arrested in
Beverly by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 07
at 8:35 pm.
Shawn Allen Cline, age 20, 106 Wood Street, Marietta, for
underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Cline was arrested
at Sierra Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 07 at 9:10 pm.
Timothy Jordan Shaw, age 20, 840 Pike Street Apt. 41, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Cline was
arrested at Sierra Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Morris and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 07 at 9:10
pm.
Michael Roy Allen Wagner, age 18, 105 Hazelwood Road, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Cline was
arrested at Sierra Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Morris and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 07 at 9:10
pm.
