On 25 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued
a citation to Deshauntel Lewis, age 24, 537 East Bultman Avenue
Apt. C3-2, Fort Stewart, GA, for driving under a suspended
license. Deputy Morris stopped Mr. Lewis near the intersection
of Greene Street and Seventh Street in the city of Marietta.
On 25 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Calvin J. Martin, age 34, 11265 State Route 26,
Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy
Mankins stopped Mr. Martin on State Route 26 near milepost
ten in Lawrence Township.
On 25 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Jeremy J. McFall, age 27, 506 Hart Street, Marietta,
for traveling 78 mph in a 55 mph zone and for driving under
a suspended license. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. McFall on State
Route 7 near Ingram Road in Newport Township.
On 25 Mar 07 Jason Turner, age 19, 8060 State
Route 339, Vincent, reported being involved in an altercation
with his father after he went to his parents’ home to
obtain his mail. Arguing over a bill that arrived in the mail,
the father and son wrestled briefly in the mud before being
separated. Neither party desired to pursue charges (1090).
On 25 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds requested
a summons for Jason T. Mace, age 23, 18001 State Route 676,
Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Mr. Mace’s
family members reported he consumed at least two forty ounce
bottles of beer and punched a mirror in a fit of rage. During
his tirade Mr. Mace also punched a hole in a wall and overturned
a table, breaking dishes and scattering food on the floor.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Dustin Wayne Jones, age 26, 1604 Hill Street Apt. 11, Belpre,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Jones was arrested at
his residence by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
25 Mar 07 at 3:50 am.
Robert Clayton Stollar, age 40, 801 ½ Montgomery Street,
Marietta, for domestic violence and rape, both felonies. Stollar
was arrested at the Marietta City Police Department by Patrolman
McClelland and processed into the Washington County Jail on
25 Mar 07 at 4:02 pm.
Paul Gary Muncy, age 51, 880 Wiley Lane, Beverly, for OVI,
operating without a license and for having fictitious plates,
all misdemeanors. Muncy was arrested in Waterford by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 25 Mar 07 at 11:40 pm.
