On 20 Mar 07 Carlton Theobald, age 75, 850
Jett Hill Road, Reno, reported a 1990 Honda Fourtrax ATV he
purchased in November of last year was stolen from his property.
This case remains under investigation (1020).
On 20 Mar 07 Larry T. Lang, age 27, 3701 Plum
Run Road, Waterford, reported between 5 am on 19 Mar and 7
am the following morning he believes Keith F. Heiss, age 28,
533 Zanesville Street, Beverly, caused over $3,000 in damage
to his garage door. Mr. Lang stated Mr. Heiss was upset with
him for not defending him during a fight in a bar the previous
night and that when he returned home from work all the windows
on his garage door were broken and it appeared someone drove
a vehicle into the garage door. Interviewed by Deputy Sheriff
Norman, Mr. Heiss admitted breaking the windows and stated
he was extremely intoxicated during the incident and that he
did hit the garage door with his truck. As a result, Deputy
Norman arrested Mr. Heiss for vandalism and breaking and entering
and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Terry Edward Hyde, age 44, 1005 Orchard Street
Apt. 3, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Hyde
was arrested on Matthew Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 20 Mar 07 at 12:45 am.
Victor Ira Fred Wells, age 21, 305 Lauer Road,
Whipple, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Wells was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Mar 07
at 10:40 am.
Keith Francis Heiss, age 28, 533 Zanesville Street, Beverly,
for breaking and entering and vandalism, both felonies. Heiss
was arrested on Muskingum Drive in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff
Norman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20
Mar 07 at 2:35 pm.
Felix Agyei Ntow, age 21, 419 ½ Third Street, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanors. Ntow was arrested at
his residence by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
20 Mar 07 at 7:37 pm.
