On 17 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued
a citation to Randall K. Barton, age 54, 678 Walsh Road, Vincent,
for driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy Rhodes stopped
Mr. Barton on State Route 339 near McGill Road in Dunham Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Paul Samuel Pasco, age 44, Pennock Drive Lot 16, Beverly,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Pasco
was arrested on East Branch Road by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07
at 12:16 am.
Jhoanna Marie Wells, age 18, 840 Pike Street Apt. 41, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Wells was
arrested on Circle Drive in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07 at 12:45 am.
Jay David Camp, age 32, 639 Phillips Street, Marietta, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Camp was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta
by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07
at 1:45 am.
Shaun Allen Griffin, age 23, Douglas Avenue, Marietta, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Griffin was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta
by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07
at 1:56 am.
Ricky Lee Debord, age 54, 396 Vernon Street, Wheelersburg,
OH, for driving under a suspended license and for failure to
signal, both misdemeanors. Debord was arrested on State Route
60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07 at 3:30 am.
Scott Joseph Tornes, age 31, 108 Knox Street, Marietta, for
criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Tornes was arrested on
Elm Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Mar 07 at 4:42 am.
Darin Shawn Miller, age 30, 110 Knox Street Apt. 35, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman
McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07 at 7:35 am.
Brent Matthew Newlen, age 23, 104 Riley Drive Apt. 6, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Newlen was arrested at his residence
by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07
at 4:15 pm.
Juanita Dawn Lynn, age 29, Clarksburg, WV, for failure to
appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for failure
to appear, both misdemeanors. Lynn was arrested on State Route
60 in Beverly by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07
at 5:00 pm.
Heather Dawn Francis, age 32, 11 Milltown Road, Newport, for
driving without a license, a misdemeanor. Francis was arrested
on State Route 7 in Newport by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07
at 5:30 pm.
Erin Carissa Gordon, age 19, 190 Meadow Lane, Lubeck, WV,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Gordon was arrested on Washington Boulevard
in Belpre by Patrolman Davis of the Belpre City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 07
at 1:20 am.
