On 14 Mar 07 Ryan Moore, age 19, 1470 Killwell
Run Road, Marietta, reported between 11 am and 2 pm his Yamaha
Warrior ATV was stolen from the end of his driveway. This case
remains under investigation (1299).
On 14 Mar 07 the caretaker for a property
2.5 miles off Roberts Road in Wesley Township reported a camper
and storage building belonging to Tim Wing, age 38, 8280 Winchester
Road, Carroll, OH, were forcibly entered. The caretaker stated
a Kawasaki Mule was removed from the storage building but he
later recovered the ATV a short distance away. Also stolen
but not recovered were a Stihl chainsaw and a Craftsman air
compressor. This case remains under investigation (515).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Darrelle P. Barlow, age 19, 3358 School House
Road, Little Hocking, for sexual imposition.
Thomas W. Gaughan, age 20, 401 Lancaster Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show
proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve
three days in jail on 4 Dec 06.
Jabari N. Henthorne, age 21, 176 Second Street, Athens, for
breach of recognizance for failing to appear for arraignment
on 12 Feb 07.
Charles D. Martin III, age 19, 1311 Roselawn Avenue, Belpre,
for violating the terms of his probation by being arrested
for underage consumption of alcohol.
Brian R. Ward, age 26, 101 Greene Street, Newport, for violating
the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of completing
community service and for failing to show proof of completing
counseling.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeffrey Lee Ingram, age 27, 711 Clement Avenue,
Belpre, for a felony charge of violating the terms of his probation
and a misdemeanor charge of assault. Ingram was arrested at
the Adult Probation Office by Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Mar 07 at 12:23 pm.
Eric Shawn Valentine, age 36, 300 Starlite Drive, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Valentine
was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Evans
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Mar 07
at 1:20 pm.
Lou Ann Champ, age 40, 150 Camelot West Road, Belpre, for
breach of recognizance, a misdemeanor. Champ was picked up
in Marysville by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 14 Mar 07 at 6:27 pm.
