On 12 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued
a citation to Kalitta N. Vincent, age 21, 833 Second Street
Lot 9, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy
Rhodes stopped Ms. Vincent on State Route 7 near State Route
550 in Marietta Township.
On 12 Mar 07 Robyn Hasley, age 48, 3702 Back
Road, Macksburg, reported being slapped across the mouth by
her friend Dick Hall, age 41, 95 Lindamood Road, Macksburg,
while he was driving her vehicle on State Route 821. Ms. Hasley
did not indicate why Mr. Hall backhanded her, causing her lip
to bleed, only stating the two were traveling to their respective
residences from the Whipple Tavern. In consequence to Mr. Hall’s
actions, Deputy Sheriff Malone requested a summons for him
for assault.
On 12 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes arrested
Jamie L. Foutty, age 21, 169 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, for
obstructing official business. During a traffic stop Ms. Foutty
initially gave false information to Deputy Rhodes to avoid
being arrested for an active warrant. Transported to the Washington
County Jail, Ms. Foutty admitted providing her sister’s
information to avert arrest.
On 12 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole issued
a citation to Daniel L. Poole Jr., age 30, 2576 Meadowview
Drive, Parkersburg, for operating a vehicle without a license.
Deputy Stackpole stopped Mr. Poole on State Route 7 near Blue
Knob Road in Warren Township.
On 12 Mar 07 an employee of McAlarney Pools
and Spa, 908 Pike Street, Marietta, reported between 28 Feb
and 3 Mar 07 a twelve foot flatbed trailer with folding ramps
along with a trailer hitch were stolen from behind the business.
This case remains under investigation (1090).
On 12 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole issued
a citation to Mary B. Wilson, age 26, 32 Main Street, Belpre,
for driving a vehicle with expired temporary tags. Deputy Stackpole
stopped Ms. Wilson on US 50 near State Route 339 in Belpre
Township.
The following individual
wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jamie Lynn Foutty, age 21, 169 Mill Branch
Road, Belpre, for failure to appear and for obstructing official
business, both misdemeanors. Foutty was arrested on Federal
Rolad by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 12 Mar 07 at 7:37 pm.
