On 6 Mar 07 Sally M. Cornell, age 52, 48 Mary Avenue, Vincent, reported during the month of February an unknown suspect used her debit card information to purchase nearly $700 in goods from several online retailers. This case remains under investigation (1293).

On 6 Mar 07 a seventeen year old Waterford High School student reported when she returned to her vehicle at 4:45 pm after parking it at the school at 8 am she noticed the rear window of her Pontiac Grand Am was shattered. Deputy Sheriff Smeeks was unable to locate any evidence of foul play and the student stated she could not recall any problems with other students that would lead to vandalism. As a result, Deputy Smeeks closed this case.

On 6 Mar 07 Roger L. Delancey, age 44, 20495 State Route 821, Dexter City, reported between 10 pm on 3 Mar and 6 am the following morning his wallet and its contents was stolen from his unlocked truck. This case remains under investigation (1299).

Jonathan R. Brock, age 19, 26144 Dorthy Avenue NE, Canton, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $331.50.

Tracy L. Dailey, age 27, 2720 Lottridge Road, Guysville, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $370.50.

Sidonia T. Depue, age 45, 2503 Beverly Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Nathaniel L. Elder, age 27, 940 Layman Road, Vincent, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $433.50.

Robin A. Goodwin, age 34, 5314 Reiter Pass, San Antonio, TX, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $195.

Adam H. Gordon, age 27, 140 ½ West Fifth Avenue, Lancaster, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $364.

Sara N. Need, age 20, 305 Fifth Street, Lowell, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Darin S. Miller, age 30, 1185 Browns Road, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,030.90.

Brian M. Sams, age 29, 904 West Holly Street, Kill Devil Hills, NC, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $123.50.

Jonathan R. Sandlin, age 26, 8994 State Route 56 West, Bennington, IN, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $676.

Alisha D. Small, age 26, 13774 State Route 339, Watertown, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $497.90.

Jacqueline A. Tucker, age 24, 509 Florence Street, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $243.10.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jason James Corp, age 33, 735 Eighth Street Apt. 2, Marietta, for OVI and failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Corp was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Mar 07 at 2:48 pm.

Heidi Ann Huck, age 33, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for criminal damaging, both misdemeanors. Huck was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Mar 07 at 5:09 pm.
