On 3 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Staats requested a summons for a fifteen year old Chesterhill resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being delinquent. Confronted by his Probation Officer concerning the theft of twenty-five of his mother’s Percocet pills on 24 Feb 07, the teenager admitted taking and consuming the medication.

On 3 Mar 07 Angela D. Moat, age 23, 430 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, reported her former live-in boyfriend Marc A. Crockett, age 27, 145 Rake Road, Whipple, appeared at her home intoxicated and threatened to throw a chair through a glass door if she would not let him inside. When Mr. Crockett broke the door Ms. Moats fled outside but was grabbed by Mr. Crockett, thrown to the ground and dragged inside the home. Mr. Crockett continued verbally abusing Ms. Moat and again threw her to the floor before Deputies arrived. As a result of the incident, Mr. Crockett was arrested for domestic violence and criminal damaging and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 3 Mar 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds requested a summons for a sixteen year old Marietta resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly. The juvenile’s mother stated her daughter lied about her whereabouts that evening and that her daughter continuously fails to abide by house rules.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ryan Logan Patel, age 27, 106 Terrace Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Patel was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Mar 07 at 1:53 am.

Marc Anthony Crockett, age 27, 145 Rake Road, Whipple, for domestic violence and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors. Crockett was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Collins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Mar 07 at 4:15 am.

David John Adams, age 32, 120 Berry Lane, Marietta, for a felony charge of violating the terms of his probation and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Adams was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Mar 07 at 6:20 am.

Melissa Dawn Warrener, age 24, 290 Ridgewood Court Apt. D, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Warrener was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Mar 07 at 4:45 pm.

Trisha Marie Rohrer, age 24, 38445 Wagner Road, Dexter City, for theft, a misdemeanor. Rohrer was arrested at K-Mart in Marietta by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Mar 07 at 7:20 pm.

Mona Jane Tonnous, age 37, 38445 Wagner Road, Dexter City, for theft, a misdemeanor. Tonnous was arrested at K-Mart in Marietta by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Mar 07 at 7:20 pm.

Nicholas Louis Sardonis, age 42, 35785 State Route 7, Newport, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Sardonis was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Mar 07 at 10:05 pm.
