On 17 Feb 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds arrested
Dean D. Gorrell, age 38, 2266 Camp Hervida Road, Waterford,
for OVI, failure to obey a traffic control device and for possession
of drug paraphernalia. Failing to stop at a flashing red light
at the intersection of Greene Street and Third Street, Mr.
Gorrell slurred his speech and had a strong odor of alcohol.
Mr. Gorrell admitted consuming two beers, performed poorly
on subsequent field sobriety tests and was found in possession
of two marijuana pipes. When transported to the Washington
County Jail Mr. Gorrell tested .126% BAC.
On 17 Feb 07 a thirty-seven year old Lowell
resident reported since the beginning of the year she and her
husband have been receiving harassing phone calls that are
vulgar in nature. This case remains under investigation (296).
On 17 Feb 07 Deputy Sheriff Collins issued
a citation to Joshua D. Pugh, age 21, 1490 Pugh Road, Stockport,
for operating with tags that expired in Dec 06. Deputy Collins
stopped Mr. Pugh on Acme Street in Marietta.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Angel Beth Jackson, age 24, 8 Sixth Street, Belpre, for two
misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Jackson was arrested
at her residence by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Feb 07 at 12:03 am.
Cody Anthony Lane, age 25, 327 Galloway Ridge Drive, Galloway,
OH, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Lane was arrested at the Moose Lodge in Marietta by Patrolman
Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 07 at 3:41 am.
Dean Daniel Gorrell, age 38, 2266 Camp Hervida Road, Waterford,
for OVI, failure to obey a traffic control device and for possession
of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Gorrell was arrested
on Front Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 07 at 4:07 am.
Jonathan Clark Monnett, age 23, 4090 Hanover Square Drive,
Dublin, OH, for criminal damaging/endangering, a misdemeanor.
Monnett was arrested at 211 Fourth Street in Marietta by Officer
Smithberger of the Marietta College Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 07 at 5:15 pm.
Felix Agyei Ntow, age 21, 419 Third Street, Marietta, for
contributing to the unruliness/delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor.
Ntow was arrested at Marietta College by Officer Smithberger
of the Marietta College Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 07 at 7:15 pm.
Adam Clayton Ruble, age 21, 4000 State Route 530, Lowell,
for OVI and failure to control, both misdemeanors. Ruble was
arrested on State Route 821 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 07
at 8:45 pm.
