SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR FORGING HYDROCODONE PRESCRIPTION

At 11:20 am on 16 Feb 07 a pharmacist at K-Mart reported to Detective Mark Warden that a customer at the pharmacy was trying to pass a prescription for 120 Lortab 10/500 tablets and he believed the script was not valid. At the pharmacy, the pharmacist informed Detectives that Eric Gurganus, age 28, 300 17th Street Parkersburg, came to the Pharmacy and tried to pass two prescriptions for Hydrocodone.
