On 10 Feb 07 Deputy Sheriff Malone responded
to a call from Gary Quimby, age 63, 25 Franklin Avenue, Waterford,
OH concerning unknown person (s) had cut a hasp on his door
and apparently entered an outbuilding. No items were noted
as missing. This case is under investigation.
On 10 Feb 07 Deputy Mankins charged Kimberly
D. Holliday, age 42, 123 Barber Street, Marietta, OH with operating
a motor vehicle without an operator’s license on SR 550
near Virginia Street.
On 10 Feb 07 Deputy Sheriff Evans observed
two men fighting in the 200 block of Greene Street. Marcus
M. Kimbrough, age 19, 402 Mulberry Street, Marietta was arrested
for disorderly conduct after he became belligerent and began
banging his head against a nearby wall. Kimbrough tested .19
on the BAC. His mother who was with him at the time stated
she had provided alcohol for him and it had been purchased
at the Locker Room Bar.
On 10 Feb 07 Deputy Staats stopped Jessica
D. Mick, age 20, 395 Sandhill Road, Marietta after observing
her fail to signal her intentions to turn and almost strike
a snow bank while making a turn at the intersection of Gilman
Avenue and Groves Street. Mick was unable to perform field
sobriety tests and tested .256 BAC. Mick was also charged with
underage consumption of alcohol. A passenger in the vehicle
Joshua Medcalf, age 20, 6225 E. Old U.S. Hwy 421, East Bend,
NC was charged with underage consumption.
On 10 Feb 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins responded
to the residence of Dorothy M. Smith, age 48, 255 Highland
Ridge Road, Marietta concerning her 12 year old son was being
unruly. The twelve year old child was summonsed into Juvenile
Court.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Marcus Maurice Kimbrough, age 18, 402 Mulberry Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Kimbrough
was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff
Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Feb
07 at 3:00 am.
Joshua David Medcalf, age 20, 121 Euclid Place, for underage
consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Medcalf was arrested
at the Tiger Stop in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Feb 07 at 3:35
am.
Jessica Dawn Mick, age 21, 1014 ½ Laird Avenue, Parkersburg,
for .17 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Mick was arrested on Gilman
Avenue in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 10 Feb 07 at 5:26 am.
Freddy Lee Summers, age 53, 3610 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg,
for OVI, a misdemeanor. Summers was arrested on Pike Street
in Marietta by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
10 Feb 07 at 5:42 am.
