On 5 Feb 07 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole issued
a citation to Mitchell E. Stoffel, age 24, 4163 Sestos Drive,
Columbus, for driving with tags that expired in January 2005.
Deputy Stackpole stopped Mr. Stoffel on US 50 near Farson Street
in Blennerhassett Township.
On 5 Feb 07 Thomas F. Andris, age 61, 305
Debbie Drive, Marietta, reported when he checked his monthly
bank statement he noticed a check made out to a family member
for $500 that he did not write. Mr. Andris stated his People’s
Bank check was stolen in late December and later cashed at
Advantage Bank. This case remains under investigation (1184).
On 5 Feb 07 the owner of Bunn Enterprises
Inc., 13589 State Route 550, Fleming, reported over the weekend
an unknown suspect(s) removed the CB antenna from a semi-truck
then broke the passenger side window of the truck and stole
the CB radio from inside. This case remains under investigation
(1293).
On 5 Feb 07 Joel Eaton, age 37, 1610 Bender
Road, Marietta, reported he recently noticed that since September
2006 an unknown suspect has been placing charges on his AT&T
long distance account. This case remains under investigation
(1203).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Marcus Maurice Kimbrough, age 18, Allberry Street, Marietta,
for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Kimbrough
was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 07 at 2:00 am.
Christopher Lee Stephens, age 21, Route 2 Box 170S, Walker,
WV, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding,
both misdemeanors. Stephens was arrested near milepost seventeen
on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 07 at 2:10 am.
Stephen Lee Parish, age 39, Best Value Inn, Marietta, for
a parking violation and for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Parish was arrested
at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 5 Feb 07 at 2:15 am.
Brandon Wayne Abram, age 19, 266 Muskingum
Drive Apt. A, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Abram was arrested at Colonial Terrace in Marietta
by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 5 Feb 07 at 10:30 am.
Shannon Finn Lannigan, age 35, 103 Shady Lane, Marietta, for
bring a fugitive from justice. Lannigan was arrested at his
residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 07 at 1:06 pm.
Gary Lee Jackson Jr., age 24, Marietta, for disorderly conduct
by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested at Marietta
Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 Feb 07 at 8:05 pm.
