On 2 Feb 07 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a citation to Jason M. Davis, age 29, 510 Carson Lane, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Evans stopped Mr. Davis on State Route 339 near Veto Road in Dunham Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Anthony Nichols, age 25, 125 Millers Lane Apt. C2, Marietta, for failure to appear at a probation violation hearing on 24 Jan 07.

Shawn N. Bonar, age 30, 134 Whipkey Drive, Waterford, for failing to appear to serve two days in jail on 23 Jan 07.

Jamie L. Foutty, age 21, 169 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, for failing to appear for pretrial on 25 Jan 07.

Dixie L. Kennedy, age 44, 1308 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, for failing to appear for a change of plea hearing on 11 Jan 07.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Joseph Carl Morehouse, age 43, 1639 State Route 550, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Morehouse was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 07 at 10:25 am.

Daron Lee Voshel, age 30, PO Box 1812, Marion, OH, for rape, a felony. Voshel was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 07 at 4:08 pm.

Patrick Eugene Hupp, age 49, PO Box 1471, Beverly, for a felony and a misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property. Hupp was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 07 at 4:39 pm.

Ronnie Daniel Goad, age 32, 7170 State Route 60, Lowell, for domestic violence, endangering children and for resisting arrest, all misdemeanors. Goad was arrested on State Route 60 in Lowell by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 07 at 4:47 pm.

Scott Lee Carpenter, age 44, 413 Third Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Carpenter was arrested on Third Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 07 at 11:06 pm.

Jennifer Lynn Blake, age 29, 1209 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation and for theft, both misdemeanors. Blake was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 07 at 11:51 pm.
