On 31 Jan 07 Lacey Lanning, age 19, 779 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, reported her now deceased mother used her personal information to open a now delinquent Charter Communications account that adversely effected her credit. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Tornes entered Ms. Lanning’s information into the Passport identity theft program.

On 31 Jan 07 Seana C. Csete, age 32, 12591 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, reported overnight an unknown suspect(s) kicked in the office door at Stanleyville Stables, 925 Stanleyville Narrows Road, Whipple, and stole $43 in cash and a bottle of horse tranquilizer. This case remains under investigation (529).

On 31 Jan 07 Deputy Sheriff Tornes requested a summons for Cynthia K. Snider, age 39, 12515 State Route 676, Vincent, for passing bad checks. Ms. Snider issued three checks returned for non-sufficient funds to the OSU Extension Office for $216 in July of 2006.

On 31 Jan 07 Deputy Sheriff Morris requested summonses for Heath D. Greenwood, age 19, 35 Heater Road, Newport, and David M. Brunoni, age 19, 2101 Leith Run Road, Newport, for underage possession of alcohol. Both suspects stated the panicked when they saw Deputy Morris driving behind them on State Route 7 and tried pouring three cans of beer out the window. Once they were stopped they attempted to hide the partially full cans in the glove compartment but only succeeded in saturating a floor mat.

Edward D. Bailey, age 22, 502 Barclay Street Apt. D, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve ten days in jail.

Cynthia D. Charlton, age 30, 312 41st Street, Vienna, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $178.75.

Tracy D. Cousins, age 40, 1200 31st Street Apt. 1, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $318.50.

Jenny L. Dawson, age 29, 1762 Barnett Ridge Road, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $139.10.

Graeme S. Dennis, age 20, 1593 Maple Road, Cleveland Heights, OH, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $110.50.

Marlena K. Glidden, age 45, 202 Bridge Street, Caldwell, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,385.80.

Kimberly M. Haines, age 42, 46444 County Road 28, Caldwell, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $110.50.

Jeffrey S. Hutson, age 36, Route 2 Box 286E, Elizabeth, WV, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Jassandra C. Johnston, age 26, 810 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $188.50.

Shawn N. Mayle, age 24, 16907 Sharpsburg Road, Sharpsburg, OH, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,008.45.

Teresa J. Russell, age 43, 1421 Lancaster Street Apt. 100K, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $903.50.

Brian R. Ward, age 26, 101 Greene Street, Newport, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $627.90.

Jessica L. Treadway, age 28, 1435 Browns Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Derek R. Mays, age 25, 6836 Bethany Ridge Road, Guysville, for failure to appear for arraignment on 23 Jan 07.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Lee Roux, age 35, 10 Browns Road Apt. 1D, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Roux was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Jan 07 at 2:50 am.

Michael P. Hollingsworth, age 27, 15708 McConnelsville Road, Caldwell, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and misdemeanor charges of OVI and obstructing official business. Hollingsworth was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Jan 07 at 2:40 pm.

Douglas Edward Smith, age 35, 106 Washington Street, Marietta, for theft, a felony. Smith was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Jan 07 at 2:40 pm.

Justin Michael Moran, age 19, 2810 State Route 555, Little Hocking, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, for giving false information and for underage consumption of alcohol, all misdemeanors. Moran turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Norman and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Jan 07 at 5:25 pm.

Angela Dawn Day, age 29, Marietta, for three misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Day turned herself in to Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Jan 07 at 9:25 pm.

Amy Suzanne Farnsworth, age 20, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Farnsworth was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Jan 07 at 10:50 pm.

John Fredrick McCarty, age 31, 945 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. McCarty was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Jan 07 at 11:10 pm.
