On 28 Jan 07 and again twenty-four hours later,
Deputy Sheriff Staats arrested Haley J. House, age 19, 764
Mill Branch Road, Belpre, for driving under a license suspended
for a drug offense.
On 28 Jan 07 Daniel R. Hess, age 40, 1808
Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, reported while he was away for two
days an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole a Playstation
2, twenty games and approximately thirty DVD’s. This
case remains under investigation (1203).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Glen Allen Starling, age 18, 4609 Greene Street Apt. C, Ooltewah,
TN, for receiving stolen property, a felony. Starling was arrested
on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 Jan 07 at 1:32 am.
Haley Jordan House, age 19, 764 Mill Branch Road, Belpre,
for driving under a suspended license and for failure to signal,
both misdemeanors. House was arrested on Mill Branch Road by
Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 Jan 07 at 2:38 am.
Rogelio Rios, age 36, 4402 Thrush Drive, Indianapolis, IN,
for operating without a license and for failure to control,
both misdemeanors. Rios was arrested on Interstate 77 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 28 Jan 07 at 6:46 pm.
Paul David Snyder II, age 27, 1305 23rd Street, Parkersburg,
for operating without a license and for speeding, both misdemeanors.
Snyder was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jan 07
at 9:45 pm.
Daniel Ray Hess, age 40, 1808 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hess was
arrested on Moon Ridge Road by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jan 07 at 10:01 pm.
David Arthur Prescott II, age 18, 478 Eastland Road, Berea,
OH, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Prescott
was arrested on Butler Street in Marietta by Officer Smithberger
of the Marietta College Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 28 Jan 07 at 11:14 pm.
