On 20 Jan 07 Arville E. Rutter, age 57, 965 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, reported while he was in Columbus for three days an unknown suspect pried open the back door of his home and stole a milk jug containing loose change as well as his prescriptions for Xanax and Percocet. This case remains under investigation (1203).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Gary Lee Jackson Jr., age 24, 300 Phillips Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 07 at 12:15 am.

Rebecca Ann Levine, age 20, 147 Saddle Lane, Waverly, WV, for OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Levine was arrested on Gilman Avenue in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 07 at 3:18 am.

Eugene Robert Fiedler, age 51, 106 Plum Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Fiedler was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 07 at 3:10 pm.

Gretchen Adair Mace, age 21, 18001 State Route 676, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for not wearing a seat belt, both misdemeanors. Mace was arrested near milepost three on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 07 at 5:55 pm.
