On 15 Jan 07 Sgt. Underwood issued a citation to James E. Johnson, age 25, 423D Phillips Street, Marietta, for failure to register. Sgt. Underwood stopped Mr. Johnson on Putnam near Third Street in Marietta.

On 15 Jan 07 Sgt. Underwood issued a citation to Jeffrey T. Myers, age 126 ½ Sacra Via, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license. Sgt. Underwood stopped Mr. Myers on Third near Marion Street in Marietta.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Andrew Paul Davis, age 20, 217 Dempsey Avenue, Parkersburg, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested on Drag Strip Road in Belpre by Patrolman Jones of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jan 07 at 1:09 am.

Sherman Lee Bailey, age 54, 819 Fifth Street Apt. B, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for not wearing a seat belt, both misdemeanors. Bailey was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jan 07 at 12:08 pm.

Victor Dennis Hilsinger, age 24, 25779 Millwood Road, Howard, OH, for a felony charge of having a weapon while under disability and for misdemeanor charges of giving false information to avoid a ticket, falsification and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Hilsinger was picked up in Knox County by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jan 07 at 12:11 pm.
