On 5 Jan 07 Katie Heldman, age 23, 2316 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, reported three saws and three drills were stolen from the home she and her husband are remodeling at 208 Fourth Street in Lowell. This case remains under investigation (1299).

On 5 Jan 07 a thirty-eight year old Marietta resident reported her sixteen year old daughter pushed and threatened to kill her after an argument over the use of a cell phone. The mother stated she cannot control her daughter and is in fear for her safety and for that of other children in the household. Therefore, Deputy Sheriff Norman arrested the teenager for being delinquent and transported her to the Washington County Juvenile Detention Center.

Edward D. Bailey, age 22, 502 Barclay Street Apt. D, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $396.50.

Jason L. Bartimus, age 31, 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $754.00.

Jessie J. Corder, age 26, 141 Main Street, Macksburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $343.50.

William A. Domacasse, age 26, 1802 ½ Staunton Avenue Apt. 3, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $370.50.

Thomas E. Huggins, age 52, 12420 State Route 60, Lowell, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $143.00.

Jacob D. Ledger, age 37, 3111 West 11th Street, Cleveland, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $328.90.

Joseph E. O’Brien, age 20, 650 King Avenue, Bartlett, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $280.80.

Evelyn K. Price, age 27, 47430 State Route 7, New Matamoras, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $357.50.

Nathaniel D. Randolph, age 24, 2628 26th Street NW, Canton, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $448.50.

Jeremy T. Wheeler, age 28, 714 Gladstone Street Apt. D, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $651.60.

Mary A. Williams, age 26, 60 Wade Cemetery Road, New Matamoras, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $162.50.

Benjamin Porter, age 40, 38985 Braden Road, Dexter City, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 19 Dec 06.

Brian K. Leasure, age 39, 220 Second Street SE Apt. A, Massillon, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing to establish child support on 18 Dec 06.

Richard A. Layman, age 46, 101 Janet Road, Marietta, Robert L. Trout, age 28, 304 Blennerhassett Avenue Lot 8, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for a scheduled appointment.

Carl N. Robison, age 39, 725 Front Street, Marietta, for failing to appear to serve thirty days in jail on 14 Dec 06.

Jassandra Johnston, age 26, 810 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation.

Marvin R. Ruble Jr., age 34, 29A Garage Avenue, Waterford, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 26 Dec 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Carlos Roberto Munoz Jr., age 33, 612 Ninth Street, Marietta, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Munoz turned himself in to Corrections Officer Farrell and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 07 at 2:39 am.

Cassie Lei Turrill, age 21, 1214 Lockwood Street Apt. B, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Turrill was arrested on Putnam Street in Marietta by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 07 at 12:11 pm.

Crystal Dawn Seevers, age 22, 208 Seventh Street, Beverly, for failure to register a change of address as a registered sex offender, a felony. Seevers was picked up at the Marysville Prison by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 07 at 3:25 pm.

Steven Lee Morris, age 43, 124 Log Cabin Hotel, Parkersburg, for telephone harassment, a misdemeanor. Morris was arrested in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 07 at 7:32 pm.

Carl Nelson Robison, age 39, 121 ½ Greene Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Robison was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 07 at 9:20 pm.

Christine Gayle Baker, age 25, 280 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Baker was arrested at Sierra Apartments by Lt. Huffer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 07 at 10:31 pm.
