On 1 Jan 07 John R. Zimmer II, age 31, 303
Hoover Road, Vincent, reported being involved in an argument
and minor shoving match perpetuated by his live-in girlfriend
for several hours that afternoon. Because neither party was
in fear for their safety, each person was informed of the possible
consequences of their actions and Deputy Sheriff Rhodes closed
this case as unfounded.
On 1 Jan 07 Deputy Sheriff Hall responded
to the report of an altercation involving David A. Pryor, age
25, 211 Raspberry Circle West, Hebron, OH, and his father David
L. Pryor, age 49, 16853 State Route 555, Cutler, at the elder
Pryor’s residence. Arguing over a vehicle title and personal
checks, each party blamed the other for instigating the fight.
Therefore, Deputy Hall issued both parties citations for disorderly
conduct by fighting.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Stacy Nicole Lightfritz, age 21, 508 Front
Street Apt. 3, Marietta, for telephone harassment and for failure
to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both
misdemeanors. Lightfritz was arrested at her residence by Patrolman
Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jan 07 at 2:52 am.
Meredith Lee Burris, age 26, 430 Spears Hill Road, Stockport,
for OVI, not wearing a seat belt, for driving without headlights
and for three counts of passing bad checks, all misdemeanors.
Burris was arrested on Virginia Street in Beverly by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 1 Jan 07 at 3:11 am.
Charles Thornton Owens, age 37, 178 Schultz Avenue, Columbus,
for OVI and for driving under a suspended license, both misdemeanors.
Owens was arrested on Vernon Street in Marietta by Patrolman
McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jan 07 at 5:18 am.
Eric Ellis Luke, age 20, 305 Maple Street, Marietta, for possession
of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Luke was arrested on
Douglas Avenue in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jan 07 at
8:47 pm.
