On 30 Dec 06 Sandra Gearhart, age 46, 1090 Drag Strip Road, Belpre, reported Lori McClaskey, age 36, 35B Island View Drive, Parkersburg, knocked on her door despite being ordered on numerous occasions no to enter the property. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Malone requested a summons for Ms. McClaskey for criminal trespassing.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jack Oden Patterson II, age 22, 719 Orchard Street, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor. Patterson was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Dec 06 at 12:28 am.

Clay Nathan Phelps, age 44, 1590 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, for OVI, driving left of center and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Phelps was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Dec 06 at 3:00 am.

Ricky James Tucker, age 52, 1657 34th Street, Lorain, OH, for OVI, for possessing an open container of alcohol and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, all misdemeanors. Tucker was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Dec 06 at 8:50 pm.

Tammy Renee Vangorden, age 29, 836 Pike Street Apt. 8, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Vangorden was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Dec 06 at 9:54 pm.
