On 26 Dec 06 Ramona Frye, age 39, 19 Zion
Ridge Road, Marietta, reported the driver of a Dodge Dakota
drive to the end of her secluded driveway despite the appearance
of several “no trespassing” signs. Deputy Sheriff
Smeeks determined the suspect’s actions were unintentional,
closing the case as unfounded.
On 26 Dec 06 an employee of Asplundh Tree
Service, 12488 Lancaster Street, Millersport, OH, reported
the theft of items from two of the company’s trucks parked
at 66 Arrowhead Road, Little Hocking. Sometime since the afternoon
of 22 Dec an unknown suspect(s) pried open the doors of the
trucks and stole climbing saddles, climbing spurs, ropes and
leather chaps. This case remains under investigation (1090).
On 26 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Valissa G. Winters, age 39, 918 33rd Street,
Vienna, for driving left of center. Deputy Mankins stopped
Ms. Winters on Third Street near Greene Street in Marietta.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeremiah Allen Jeffers, age 23, 670 Lang Farm Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Jeffers
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Willson and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 06 at 9:09
am.
Timothy Paul Charlton, age 25, Route 1 Box 75, Rockport, WV,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Charlton was arrested
in Belpre by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 06
at 9:36 am.
Ryan Lee Adams, age 20, 801 Pomeroy Pike, Belpre, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Adams turned himself
in at the Sheriff’s Office to Sgt. Hiatt and was processed
into the Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 06 at 12:57 pm.
Ronald Dean Welch Jr., age 36, 209 Fearing Street, Marietta,
for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Welch was
arrested on Harmar Street in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 06 at 8:53 pm.
Kelly Jo Francis, age 41, 292 Francis Road, Lowell, for disorderly
conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Francis was arrested
on Second Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 27 Dec 06 at 12:49 am.
