On 18 Dec 06 a thirty-seven year old Lowell
resident reported her seventeen year old daughter is habitually
unruly, in that she disobeys house rules, constantly swears
at other family members and continues to see a male acquaintance
despite being told not to. Because other disciplinary actions
have failed Sgt. Hiatt requested a summons for the teenager
to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly.
On 18 Dec 06 Brian L. Trunk, age 26, 275 Poinciana
Street, Newport, reported he believes a woman, whom he recently
met and allowed to stay in his home, stole a half carat engagement
ring, prescription Vicoprofen, an insurance check and a $150
gift card. This case remains under investigation (515).
On 18 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued
a citation to Keith A. Drake, age 20, 402 Jefferson Square,
Marietta, for traveling 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Morris
stopped Mr. Drake near milepost seventeen on State Route 7
in Warren Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Daniel Vincent Galati, age 24, 429 Broad Boulevard
Apt. 3, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, for violating the terms of his
probation, a misdemeanor. Galati was arrested in Marietta Municipal
Court by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 18 Dec 06 at 8:51 am.
Amy Lynn Treadway, age 33, 51 Neff Ridge Road,
Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor.
Treadway was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation
Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Dec 06 at 10:31 am.
Mary Carle Haislep, age 36, 263 Linton Hill Road, Coolville,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Haislep
was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer
Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on
18 Dec 06 at 1:54 pm.
Joanne Worstell, age 22, 16750 Canaanville Road, Athens, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Worstell was picked up at the Southeastern Regional
Jail in Athens by Corrections Officer Travaglio and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 18 Dec 06 at 9:51 pm.
