On 11 Dec 06 Ricky Beaver, age 47, 101 Evans
Street Apt. B11, New Matamoras, reported sometime since 9 pm
the previous evening an unknown suspect(s) entered his apartment
through an unlocked sliding window and stole a Kodak digital
camera and all of his prescription medication, including Xanax,
Zoloft, Lipitor and Nexium. This case remains under investigation
(1020).
On 11 Dec 06 Ginger M. Van Nes, age 27, 6157
State Route 530, Lowell, reported during the night an unknown
suspect(s) entered her and her boyfriend’s vehicles and
stole a Sony CD player and approximately $10 in change. This
case remains under investigation (1020).
On 11 Dec 06 Kevin Francis, age 50, 507 Lawton
Road, Marietta, reported while he was at work that day his
green cast aluminum mailbox, valued at $350, was stolen from
his property. This case remains under investigation (1097).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Harry D. Stewart, age 45, 28 Cortland Street,
Norwalk, OH, for contempt for failure to appear at a court
ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 21 Nov 06.
Paul C. Neader, age 38, 901 Front Street, Marietta, for violating
the terms of his probation by disobeying a court order to stay
off the Holiday Inn property.
Scott S. Worstell, age 33, 4805 Mount Zion Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation by failing to complete
twenty-four hours of community service or to serve ten days
in jail.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Terrence Dale Roddy, age 35, 783 Warrior Drive,
Barlow, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Roddy
was arrested in Common Pleas Court by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 06
at 10:15 am.
James Robert Poling, age 86, 19580 Sherman Road, Macksburg,
for driving under a suspended license, driving left of center,
for not having license plates and for not wearing a seat belt,
all misdemeanors. Poling was arrested near milepost nineteen
on State Route 821 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 06 at 1:55 pm.
Mark Thompson, age 36, 708 Eighth Street, Marietta, for violating
the terms of his probation, a felony. Thompson was arrested
at the office of Probation Officer Gault by Deputy Sheriff
O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 11 Dec 06 at 3:00 pm.
