On 10 Dec 06 Joshua Beaver, age 26, 101 Evans Street Apt. B11, New Matamoras, reported his soon to be ex-wife, Jessica, age 24, 173 Riverview Estates Lot 116, Saint Marys, sprayed him with mace while the two argued in her vehicle. Mrs. Beaver countered that her husband refused to exit her vehicle and squeezed her nose and cheeks. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Norman requested summonses for both parties for disorderly conduct by fighting.

On 10 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued a citation to Amber R. Miller, age 20, 4351 Footville Richmond Road, Rockcreek, OH, for traveling 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Smeeks stopped Ms. Miller near milepost fifteen on State Route 7 in Warren Township.

On 10 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Thomas R. Miller, age 22, 102 Grayling Drive, Marietta, for traveling 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Miller on BF Goodrich Road in Muskingum Township.

On 10 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Bonnie F. Sikio, age 39, 1880 Ross Road, Little Hocking, for driving left of center. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Sikio on State Route 555 in Belpre Township.

On 10 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Larry E. Robinson, age 52, 7535 Green Valley Road, Guysville, for driving a vehicle without license plates. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Robinson near milepost two on Federal Road in Decatur Township.

On 10 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Siddonia L. Payne, age 45, 2503 Beverly Street, Parkersburg, for operating with expired plates. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Payne on Putnam Street near Second Street in Marietta.

On 10 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Stephanie J. Morris, age 24, 410 Market Street, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license and for not using a child restraint. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Morris on State Route 7 near Blue Knob Road in Warren Township.

On 10 Dec 06 Keith Jackson, age 40, 3049 Two Mile Run Road, Cutler, reported several tools and a car radio were stolen from his truck while he visited a friend’s residence on State Route 555 that evening. This case remains under investigation (586).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Larry Dale Schmidt, age 42, 855 Browns Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Schmidt was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 06 at 12:35 am.

Denver Allen Pinkerton, age 30, 102 Andover Road, Woodsfield, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Pinkerton was arrested at a residence on Browns Road by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 06 at 2:40 am.

Kyle Leon Sparks, age 18, Lowell, for theft, a misdemeanor. Sparks was picked up at the Juvenile Detention Center by Corrections Officer Holbert and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 06 at 8:35 am.

Kenneth Allen Bruffey, age 42, 159E Henry Lane, Williamstown, for failure to reinstate his operator’s license, for failure to register and for having fictitious plates, all misdemeanors. Bruffey was arrested on Colegate Drive in Marietta by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 06 at 8:45 pm.

Daniel Paul Williams, age 19, 1091 State Route 339, Belpre, for receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 06 at 8:55 pm.
