On 7 Dec 06 a forty-two year old Browns Road, Marietta resident reported having continual problems with her seventeen year old stepson. She stated he uses obscene language around her younger children and has resorted to physical violence in the past. Today, the stepmother detailed, she disciplined the teenager by ordering him outside to the porch for a short period, after which time he reentered the home and pushed her. As a result, the juvenile will be summonsed to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly.

On 7 Dec 06 Leon Crites, age 57, 560 Eyermann Road, Belpre, reported he loaned a license plate on a trailer he sold to an individual in West Virginia with the promise he would return it upon reaching his home. Mr. Crites stated eight days have passed and the license plate has not yet been returned. This case remains under investigation (597).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Adam Michael Hall, age 26, 115 Robson Road, Marietta, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Hall was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by Detective Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Dec 06 at 12:20 am.

Caleb Seth Westbrook, age 23, 2050 Federal Road, Little Hocking, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Westbrook was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Dec 06 at 9:34 am.
